Tour Deloitte is a 28-storey multiuse complex under construction in Montreal. Deloitte Tower is situated between two city landmarks, the Bell Centre and the heritage-designated Windsor Station. Completed in 2015, the building features 22 floors of office space, and 20,000 ft² of retail space. The tower’s courtyard incorporates a seasonal reflecting pool/skating rink. Tour Deloitte is Montreal’s first office building to be LEED Platinum targeted. HGC provided comprehensive acoustical consulting engineering services to the project including reviews through Schematic Design, Design Development and Construction Documents, reviews of shop drawings during construction, and mock-up testing of alternative compartment units at the manufacturing facility.
